Join us for a trip to BBOWT’s Blenheim Farm Community Nature Reserve: a peaceful haven, surrounded by hedgerows and scrubby woodlands where local volunteers help to manage its habitats for wildlife.

After wandering across from the lay-by we will stroll slowly around the reserve, looking for summer butterflies and other wildlife. Target species: Marbled White and other species of hedgerow and grassland.

Accessibility & risks: 0.5 mile walk to reserve. Gentle slopes, basic paths & kissing gates. Please check for ticks after the walk and let the leader know if you have picked up any ticks. (Tick advice)

BOOKING

Please check here the evening before the walk to make sure it is going ahead as planned. This page will be updated regularly.

Park in lay-by on B4022 at the bottom of hill in Charlbury, and take the footpath beside Blenheim Farm House for 1/2 mile. We will meet at the reserve entrance.
