Bodmin Moor

The Narrow-bordered Bee Hawk-moth was last recorded on Bodmin Moor in 2008. Searches for adult moths have so far been unsuccessful so this year we are focusing on larval surveys.

This survey day follows on from the Narrow-bordered Bee Hawk-moth workshop and will give us a chance to practice the new skills learnt, and survey more potential sites on Bodmin Moor. There will also be many other plants and insects to see.

Booking is essential. Please note priority will be given to those who can commit to both days - Wed 25th July (workshop) and Fri 27th July (search day). To book and find out more contact Jo Poland on the details below.

This event is part of the Heritage Lottery Funded 'All the Moor Butterflies' project.
