Meet 1.00pm at the Kingcombe Centre, Grid ref: SY 554 990 / Postcode DT2 0EQ, and park in the signposted Pound Cottage car park. There is a cafe and toilets at the Visitor Centre. The roads in this area are narrow so allow appropriate travel time.

We are exploring the flower-rich grassland on this DWT reserve famed as a wildlife haven and for its diversity of habitats.  The meadows are at their best at this time and host good numbers of the grassland butterfly species.
