Sunday 29th May: Marsh Fritillary Guided Walk - Langaford Farm 10.30 - 13.00.

Join The Langaford Farm Charitable Trust and one of its Trustees, Megan Lowe for a guided walk.

Megan is also Senior Engagement Development Officer/ WBCS Officer for Butterfly Conservation and will lead us through the lush damp meadows of Langaford farm in search of two of special species; the Marsh Fritillary butterfly and the Narrow-bordered Bee Hawk-moth. A circular route will be taken learning about these species and their habitat requirements along the way, but of course they hope to see lots more wildlife too.

There will also be the chance to discover Langaford's diverse variety of moths, attracted to light the night before. Please bring a picnic if you would like to stay for lunch after the walk.

This is a free event, but donations to the Langaford Charitable Trust are welcome.
