Bowara is a small parcel of unimproved grassland located just a few miles outside of Enniskillen. We will be managing habitat for Dingy Skipper but also the other priority species that are found at this site including Cryptic Wood White and Narrow-bordered Bee Hawk-moth. Activities include scrub management and raking-off rank thatch from patches of the grassland habitat.
What to bring:
Warm, water-proof clothing as well as sturdy boots are a must. Please bring a packed lunch. Tools and equipment will be provided as well as tea/coffee/buns.
