Moth trapping in early summer

Breadcrumbs

Summer has arrived......

as April moves into May, as long as the nights are warm enough, the number and variety of moths that come to your moth trap will increase. You might only find 25 moths of 10 species in April, but in May and early June this number can increase to well over 50 species with perhaps 200 moths in one trap!
