We were thrilled to find out that one of our members had recently won big in the Butterfly Conservation lottery! Chris from Derby was the lucky player who fluttered in and scooped the £1,000 prize. We asked Chris what he was going to do with his winnings!
"I was surprised to discover that I had won the lottery, then even more surprised to find out that I was the first £1000 winner! The money will be used towards wildlife holidays in the UK. I started playing this lottery to support Butterfly Conservation with the hope of perhaps winning something one day. I am bound to say that I would recommend your lottery when I have just won but am pleased that the proceeds go to a worthy cause. Best of luck to anyone who enters the lottery, I have had my turn!"
