Working together for a better future

Apollo by Jim AsherButterfly Conservation (UK) has always has a strong interest in conserving butterflies across Europe and has developed links in many countries, as well as holding an international Symposium every 3 years.

In 2004, we helped form Butterfly Conservation Europe to act as an umbrella organisation to promote and co-ordinate conservation of butterflies and moths across the continent.

Butterfly Conservation Europe runs its own pan-European conservation projects and works through partner organisations in countries throughout Europe. Butterfly Conservation (UK) is pleased to be the Network Partner covering the UK.

Butterfly Conservation has also formed a European Interests Group that members can join for a small additional fee.
