We hope there is something for everyone in our Learn website!

You can explore the wonderful world of butterflies and moths here, and discover more about their biology, their life cycles, how they fit into the web of life and how we can help to conserve them for future generations.

Teachers: Visit our Teachers' Resources page to find out how the sections of our Learn website can fit in with your teaching scheme and the national curriculum. To extend your knowledge of butterflies and moths and their lifecycles, go to the Introduction for Teachers to the Life-cycles. Browse the downloadable activity sheets for ideas and inspiration. The Images to print section offers colourful photos of some of our most dramatic Butterflies and Moths for children to use for illustrating projects, decoration or other classroom activities.

Children: The games and puzzles in our Play and Learn section are a great way to find out more about butterflies and moths.
