Caterpillar Description
Overwinters as a pupa. The larva feeds from late July to September. Thought to prefer large clumps of plants amongst tall grasses.

- Countries – England
- Recently only recorded from north Norfolk and Lincolnshire. Formerly also from South-east Yorkshire and a single site in Essex.
