An Upper Thames Branch Training Event at Howe Park Wood, led by Nick Bowles

Join us for a training Event at The Park Trust’s Howe Park Wood: an ancient woodland, in the south-west of Milton Keynes. It supports a rich variety of wildlife and has excellent facilities.

A walk focusing on butterfly and day-flying moth ID. Target: improved confidence in identifying our commoner butterfly and day-flying moth species, particularly to help with transects and surveying.

Accessibility - mostly hard surfaced or wood chip paths.

Meet by the classroom and Grounds Cafe at the free car park, off Chaffron Way (H7), Tattenhoe.
There is a café on site and toilets are available during the café opening hours.
