We are exploring the flower-rich grassland on this DWT reserve famed as a wildlife haven and for its diversity of habitats.  The meadows are at their best at this time and host good numbers of the grassland butterfly species. 

There are a cafe and toilets at the Visitor Centre. The roads in this area are narrow so allow appropriate travel time. Meet 1.00 pm at the Kingcombe Centre and park in the signposted Pound Cottage car park.  

It would help us if you could book with the walk/talk/work party leader in advance. This does not commit you to turning up, but it means that if we have to cancel the event, we can contact you to tell you this.
