A guided walk along part of Devil's Dyke near Newmarket. Weather permitting we could see Adonis Blue, Dingy Skipper, Green Hairstreak and a host of other spring species. The walk is led by the Cambridgeshire county recorder, Edward Pollard.

Please note the path along the top of the Dyke is narrow and uneven. The Dyke edges are very steep and can be slippery. Butterflies can be viewed from the Dyke top, and we advise caution if exploring off the path.

Meet at the July Racecourse entrance to the dyke, near the A1303/A1304 roundabout with horse statue. Sturdy footwear is recommended for scrambling up and down the steep bank.
