Grizzled Skipper and Small Heath are now reported - single reports in both cases. Grizzled on the cut-off channel
Next up will be Wall Brown and Dingy Skipper. (Beware though, both Common and Latticed Heath day-flying moths are also currently flying)

Early Purple Orchids are now flowering in Norfolk, (and Early Spider in Dorset)
Currently reported for Norfolk are: Grizzled Skipper, Large, Small and Green-veined Whites, Brimstone, Orangetip, Holly Blue, Small Copper, Green Hairstreak, Painted Lady, Small Tortoiseshell, Red Admiral. Peacock, Comma , Speckled Wood and Small Heath
Large Red damselflies are flying in Norfolk, with Hairy Dragonfly expected shortly.
