Saturday 30th September, 93 attended the AGM and Members Afternoon event at Hethersett Village Hall.
We had an excellent turnout with some 93 people attending the AGM Afternoon event at Hethersett Village Hall on 30 September.
Patrick Barkham (Norfolk based author and journalist) gave an entertaining and educational talk on "The Wonders of Butterflies".
After the break and AGM, Sharon Hearle (Regional Officer for East Anglia) gave an informative talk on the Conservation Projects in East Anglia she's involved in.
Patrick presented a prize of his latest book to Harry Faull, winner of the Overseas Butterflies and Moths category of the photo competition.
Brian Hicks who won the British Butterflies and Moths category was not present and will be receiving his prize of Patrick's book in due course. We hope you all enjoyed the afternoon, many thanks for coming along and making it such a success!
