All Butterfly Conservation members are welcome to join our online Members' Morning and AGM. Non-members are also welcome to join to watch the Members' Morning talks. Please see below for further details on attending.

Our Chief Executive, Julie Williams, looks forward to welcoming you to this year's event. We hope you enjoy the brilliant speakers, and the formal AGM will commence at 10.05am.
Council Elections and Resolutions
All BC members over the age of 18 are eligible to vote on the Trustee Elections and Resolutions. Voting opens at 10am on Friday 22 September 2023, and please ensure you have placed your vote on the Trustee Elections by 5pm on Friday 20 October 2023 as votes received after this date will not be counted. Remember to have your unique voting code to hand! Voting on the Resolutions will close at 10am on Thursday 2 November 2023.

How to ask a question for the AGM Q&A session
If you would like to ask a question for the AGM Q&A session, please submit questions in advance to Elaine Crooke at [email protected] by Friday 27 October 2023 at the latest.
It may not be possible to answer all questions on the day due to limited time, and questions will be selected at random. All questions submitted will be answered following the AGM.

Registration
You are required to register in advance to attend the Members' Morning and AGM, which you can do by clicking here. Once registered, you will receive an email notification confirming your attendance. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, you may need to check your junk/spam inbox. If the confirmation has not been received, please contact @email.
Registration will be open until Friday 3 November 2023.
You will receive a further email approximately a week before the Members' Morning and AGM containing the link to join on the day.
How to join the AGM on the day
To join the Members' Morning and AGM, click the joining link provided within the email received approximately a week before the event. You can join the meeting at any time in the morning, and the event will start at 10am on Saturday 4 November 2023.
